Then The Helmet The Went To The Hilton Head Island Fire And Rescue Head Quarters. And To Station 3.

The Traveling Fire Helmet Visited Engine 32 On East Jefferson And Hart. They Were Celebrating The Stations 100 years of service. Fun Was Had By All. There Were Current Firefighters and Retired Firefighters and their Family. They Had T-Shirts, Patches And Old Run Books

The Traveling Fire Helmet Recently Visited Chicago For Two days and Visited the biggest Fire House in Chicago. The Quarters Of Squad 1, Engine 42, Aerial Tower 3, Command Vehicle 1, Deputy District Chief 1, and Ambulances 93 and 42. This station is located at the 55. W. Illinois in the 1st Battalion. The Helmet and myself were shown the fire station and had a cup of Coffee and Lunch With the The crew. They Had a few runs while we were there. A special Thanks to The firefighters for letting me spend time with them.
